Liquid Telecom, a telecommunication company in the south and central Africa, has come with an online training program for African students, workers, and entrepreneurs.
21 first centaury proves to be a very competitive era and for one to secure the limited opportunities then you have to be equipped with extra and unique skills.
All participants who are part of the study have over two hundred courses to choose from.
These courses are grouped into four communities; cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, and Data Science.
These communities are so beneficial to the learners especially for discussion purposes since they are grouped under similar courses, thus it is easier for them to exchange ideas and learning materials.
The students are gauged and it helps streamline the whole learning process. The students are graded after which those who meet the required target are awarded a Microsoft certificate.
Since the study is purely online, the students are required to have an access to a computer with an internet connection. Furthermore, the students should be registered within specific hubs where they can always easily access for studying when need be
WISE Hub is among the learning hubs. Since computer literacy is always among our key focuses we are pleased to be part of this amazing program.
Our hub has computers for the learners and internet connection therefore, learners who don’t have an access to the required devices are free to be learning from the hub. We also offer any necessary assistance to the students who’ve subscribed to our hub, we advise them on how to go about the whole learning process since we are always readily available for consultation.
This is a phase that will usher us to the new normal and it’s just wise that will should all put hands together and embrace it.
